 Tony Brunner, President 

White Knight Resources LLC is a consulting and investment company. We specialize in applying creative methods to the solution of real estate problems.

Our mission is to contribute to the resolution of the mortgage crisis by marshaling the resources of real estate and lending professionals to:

  • Help homeowners facing foreclosure understand the options available to them

  • Help lenders reach out to homeowners for work-out opportunities

  • Help homeowners sell the homes they are unable to keep

  • Help lenders mitigate their losses and dispose of their non-performing assets

Our business philosophy is "Win-Win." If we can't find a solution to a problem that everyone can be comfortable with, we won't get involved. And if we can't help you, we'll tell you quickly and won't waste your time.

Tony Brunner, President of White Knight Resources LLC, has been a licensed California Real Estate Broker since 1985. He is a licensed California General Contractor. He has a Law Degree from Oxford University and is an Attorney, admitted in the State of New York.

Tony's professional background is in commercial, industrial and residential real estate development, construction, management, leasing and sales in the U.K., Hong Kong, and U.S.A.

Tony's real estate brokerage company, Select Realty Services, specializes in the listing and selling of bank owned (REO) properties and has prepared many hundreds of Broker Price Opinions (BPOs) on behalf of the lending industry.

Tony, a 20-year resident of the Coachella Valley, assists property sellers and buyers by applying alternative solutions to their selling and buying. In so doing, he acts through White Knight Resources LLC in the capacity of investor/facilitator and not as agent.
